ABOUT

Originally from Manchester, UK, Hannah now lives in Helsinki, Finland and works in the creative industry. She graduated with a degree in Fine Art Sculpture from University of Brighton, specialising in mediums of drawing and interactive sculpture. With a particular interest in architecture, people and the environment, she uses an architectural lens to create artwork that reflects the psychological spaces we inhabit.

Her experimental approach to the concept of shelter often incorporates elements of escape and utopian ideals in the artwork. Her signature visual motif is the ladder, which she frequently utilises in her large-scale interactive sculptures and drawings. Through her art, she explores the boundaries between physical and social spaces, considering how our surroundings shape us and our relationships with others and ourselves.
